"Helping people help themselves has always been my passion."
About me:
I hold a Masters degree in clinical social work, from Haifa University. I specialize in working with clients on body image, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, adjustment/acclimation to Aliyah, marriage and parenthood.
I use an eclectic approach, combining psycho-dynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I believe in short term therapy and teaching clients the tools necessary to become their own therapists so they can help themselves in future stressful situations.
I also run small seminars for parents, teaching skills to help them raise their teens with a positive body image, and how to talk to them about food in a healthy and constructive way.
I have been been living in Israel for 12 years and I practice in English and Hebrew.
